We are responsible for all of the Schwarz Group restaurant operations and set ourselves the challenge of making 7,000 guests happy each day. That is why, in addition to top chefs and system caterers, we also need behind-the-scenes, talented organizers who ensure seamless operations, uniform concepts and quality standards. We attach great importance to processing regional, high-quality products. Each day our chefs conjure up more than 5,000 warm meals and make our approximate 7,000 guests happy. Behind the scenes, our warehousing and washing-up staff ensure the provision of food and sparkling tableware.



A feast for the eyes and the customer comes first! We take this very literally. The appealing presentation of the meals is just as close to our heart as a high degree of customer focus. Our colleagues in service ensure a pleasant atmosphere in our restaurants each day.



Smooth operations depend on seamless processes. Our operations managers keep track of things in our restaurants and assume responsibility for the teams. Together with colleagues from the back office, they coordinate the purchase of food and draw up the menus. Larger functions and events don’t fluster us either.
